We are looking for a reliable, energetic, and responsible Office Assistant to join our costume shop.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general office tasks as assigned by the Admin.
Answer phone calls and assist customers professionally.
Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent service in the costume shop.
Visit schools to promote our products and services and build relationships.
Carry out marketing and promotional activities.
Visit local markets to purchase office supplies and other items required for the smooth operation of the business.
Assist with other day-to-day office operations as required.
Requirements:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Friendly, responsible, and customer-focused.
Must own a bike and have a valid driving licence.
Willing to travel locally for school visits, marketing activities, and office-related purchases.
Petrol expenses will be provided by the company for official work.
Basic organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
Previous experience in customer service or office administration is an advantage but not mandatory.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
