Academic Advisor (Admissions)
Key Responsibilities
* Respond promptly to prospective students' enquiries via phone, email, chat, and other communication channels.
* Counsel prospective students on our programs, admissions process, and career benefits.
* Manage the complete admissions cycle, from lead generation to successful enrolment.
* Achieve monthly enrolment targets through effective counselling and follow-ups.
* Plan and implement strategies to improve admissions and conversion rates.
* Maintain accurate and updated records in the CRM.
Eligibility
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in education admissions, student counselling, or a similar sales role.
Excellent Communication Skills in English
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
