The individual actively supports organizational transformation by preparing detailed business cases and steering the execution of critical initiatives, ensuring that business objectives are effectively translated into actionable plans and operational frameworks.

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business strategies and technology implementations.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights and validate business requirements.
- Assist in monitoring project progress and provide recommendations to address challenges.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
