About the Role
Promicon Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Amazon Account Manager to manage Amazon Seller Central accounts, optimize product performance, and drive business growth for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of Amazon Seller Central accounts.
- Create, update, and optimize product listings for better visibility and conversions.
- Monitor account health, inventory, pricing, and order fulfillment.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth marketplace operations.
- Resolve listing issues, policy violations, suppressed listings, and account-related queries.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, deals, and offers.
- Track sales performance and prepare reports with actionable insights.
- Stay updated with Amazon policies, marketplace trends, and best practices.
Requirements
- 6 Months – 1.5 Years of experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts.
- Knowledge of product listing, catalog management, inventory management, and order processing.
- Familiarity with Amazon account health metrics and seller policies.
- Basic understanding of Amazon PPC is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel is preferred.
