Job Summary
Digi Epitome Technology is looking for a creative and talented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs for digital and print media, including social media posts, marketing materials, branding assets, advertisements, and promotional content. The candidate should have strong design skills, creativity, and the ability to transform ideas into engaging visual content.
Key Responsibilities
- Design creative graphics for social media platforms, websites, digital marketing campaigns, and advertisements.
- Create banners, posters, brochures, flyers, business cards, presentations, and other branding materials.
- Develop logos, branding elements, and visual identities for company projects.
- Edit and enhance images, illustrations, and marketing creatives.
- Collaborate with the marketing, content, and development teams to understand project requirements.
- Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency.
- Deliver high-quality designs within project deadlines.
- Prepare print-ready files and optimize designs for digital platforms.
- Maintain and organize design assets, templates, and project files.
- Stay updated with the latest graphic design trends, tools, and industry best practices.
- Revise and modify designs based on management and client feedback.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Adobe InDesign, Canva, or similar design software.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and branding principles.
- Basic knowledge of UI/UX design is an added advantage.
- Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in designing social media creatives and digital marketing materials.
- Knowledge of Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with AI-powered design tools.
- Understanding of branding, marketing, and advertising concepts.
- Experience in creating print and digital promotional materials.
