Fashion Design & Styling Intern
Location: Chembur, Mumbai
We’re looking for a passionate Fashion Design & Styling Intern to join the Basil Leaf team. This is a hands-on opportunity to work closely with the Founder, Creative Director, and design team, gaining exposure to every stage of the creative process—from design development to campaign shoots.
What You’ll Do
* Assist the design team in developing seasonal collections and new product ideas.
* Create mood boards, research trends.
* Support with sketching sample coordination.
* Help organize and maintain the design archive and collection references.
* Assist during fittings, sampling, and quality checks.
* Support styling for photoshoots, campaign shoots, lookbooks, and content creation.
* Organize garments, accessories, and shoot logistics.
* Assist with day-to-day design and creative operations.
Who We’re Looking For
* Fashion Design or Fashion Styling student/recent graduate.
* Passionate about women’s fashion and eager to learn.
* Strong sense of style, aesthetics, and attention to detail.
* Familiar with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or Canva (preferred but not mandatory).
* Organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
* Available to work from our Chembur studio.
This internship is ideal for someone who wants real industry exposure and the opportunity to work on everything from collection development to fashion shoots in a growing designer label.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
