Telikoz Academy, is one of India's fast-growing network of cybersecurity training Institutes. We aim to bridge the gap between academia and industry by preparing students to become industry-ready cybersecurity professionals through practical, hands-on training.
Role Overview:
We are seeking passionate and skilled Cyber Security / SOC Trainers to join our Academy. The selected candidates will be responsible for delivering engaging training sessions, mentoring students, and ensuring they acquire the technical and professional skills required for a career in cybersecurity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality training sessions in SOC, Cyber Security, Ethical Hacking, VAPT, Network Security, Web & Mobile App Security, Incident Response, Digital Forensics, and related domains.
- Deliver training modules, courseware, labs, and assessments as per industry standards.
- Mentor, guide, and motivate students to become job-ready professionals.
- Conduct practical workshops, live demos, and hands-on labs (70% practical-oriented training).
- Evaluate student progress through assignments, projects, and tests.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and certifications in cybersecurity.
- Support in organizing seminars, webinars, and industry interaction sessions.
Requirements:
- Educational Qualification:
- Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Cyber Security
- Master's or Bachelors Degree in Computer Science / IT (specialization in Cyber Security preferred).
- Skill Certifications :
- CPENT / CEH Master / CEH Practical / CSA would be given preference
- Experience:
- Prior training/teaching experience will be an added advantage.
- Industry experience in cybersecurity projects, consulting, or operations preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong foundation in cybersecurity concepts and tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple, engaging way.
- Languages:
- Proficiency in English is required.
- HIndi / Tamil Language will be an added advantage.
