Job Title: English Cum Soft Skills Trainer
Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and experienced English Cum Soft Skills Trainer to enhance the communication, personality development, and professional skills of students/employees. The trainer will be responsible for conducting engaging training sessions, assessing participants' progress, and helping them improve their English language proficiency and workplace readiness.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct English language training sessions focusing on speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.
- Deliver soft skills training programs on communication, presentation skills, interpersonal skills, teamwork, leadership, and time management.
- Prepare training materials, lesson plans, assessments, and activities.
- Evaluate trainees' performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Conduct mock interviews, group discussions, and personality development sessions.
- Monitor attendance and maintain training records.
- Identify training needs and customize programs accordingly.
- Support placement and career development initiatives.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong presentation and public speaking abilities.
- Knowledge of soft skills training methodologies.
- Ability to engage and motivate participants.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in English, Arts, Commerce, Management, or related field.
- Certification in English Language Training or Soft Skills Training is preferred.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 1–3 years of experience as an English Trainer, Soft Skills Trainer, Communication Trainer, or Corporate Trainer.
- Experience in training students, freshers, or employees.
- Ability to conduct classroom and online training sessions.
