Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and energetic Career Advisor Intern to join our team. In this role, you will interact with students and job seekers, understand their career aspirations, and guide them toward suitable career opportunities. This internship is ideal for candidates looking to build a career in counseling, sales, recruitment, or business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective candidates through phone calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
- Understand candidates' educational background, skills, and career goals.
- Provide guidance on suitable career opportunities and programs.
- Explain the enrollment process, eligibility criteria, and available services.
- Follow up with interested candidates and address their queries.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Achieve daily and weekly calling and follow-up targets.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective candidates.
Eligibility
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or Gujarati.
- Comfortable speaking with candidates over the phone.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong interpersonal skills.
