Job Description – Sales Manager (Solar Service Industry)
We are hiring a Sales Manager for our solar service company. The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in solar industry sales and team management. The role includes handling sales executives, achieving monthly sales targets, and generating residential and commercial solar projects.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years experience in solar sales
Experience in managing sales executives and sales operations
Good knowledge of residential and commercial solar projects
Strong communication and leadership skills
Sales Target:
Total Target: 100 KW
Residential: 60%
Commercial: 40%
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the sales team
Generate new customer leads and close deals
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain customer relationships and support project coordination
