HexaLearn Solutions is looking for a creative and detail-oriented eLearning Developer with 2–3 years of experience in designing and developing engaging digital learning solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with leading eLearning authoring tools, SCORM-compliant course development, and Learning Management Systems (LMS). Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver interactive eLearning courses using industry-standard authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, iSpring Suite, or similar.
- Develop SCORM, xAPI, and LMS-compatible eLearning content.
- Collaborate with instructional designers, graphic designers, SMEs, and project managers to create engaging learning experiences.
- Convert storyboards and instructional content into interactive eLearning modules.
- Integrate multimedia elements including audio, video, animations, assessments, and simulations.
- Ensure courses are responsive, accessible, and compatible across multiple devices and browsers.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure timely delivery of assigned projects.
- Stay updated with the latest eLearning technologies, AI-assisted learning tools, and instructional design trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in B.Tech, BCA, B.Sc. (IT), MCA, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of professional experience in eLearning development.
- Strong proficiency in Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, iSpring Suite, or similar authoring tools.
- Experience developing SCORM/xAPI-compliant courses and working with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Basic knowledge of HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, or multimedia editing tools is an added advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Positive attitude, adaptability, and a collaborative team-player mindset.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
