Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled ITI Fitter to join our team at Pawne. The candidate will be responsible for handling dismantling, assembly, and maintenance of motors and related equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
· Dismantling and assembly of motors and components
· Handling High Tension (HT) motors (500 kW and above)
· Performing alignment and fitting activities
· Ensuring proper installation and functioning of equipment
· Maintaining safety and quality standards during operations
Requirements:
· ITI Fitter certification is mandatory
· Experience in motor dismantling & assembly
· Knowledge of HT motors (500 kW and above)
· Basic to advanced alignment knowledge
· Experience in manufacturing/repair environment preferred
Additional Details:

Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment
