About the Role
ImmiWorks India is the in-house delivery centre for an established UK group with over a decade of trading history and a strong reputation for client service. We are a young operation but not a start-up gamble. You get the stability, standards, and backing of a mature firm together with the energy and ownership of building a capability from the ground up.
We are scaling our brand and social presence, and we need a Social Media & Marketing Executive to take our growing library of video and content and turn it into reach, audience, and qualified enquiries. You will own our presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, and YouTube, running both organic and paid social, growing our channels, and building engaged audiences around our content and our AI-generated on-screen presenters. You will sit within our growing marketing team at our Technopark office in Trivandrum, working in real-time alignment with UK business hours. The UK team owns brand positioning and signs off content; you own how it shows up, performs, and grows across platforms.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Owning a multi-platform presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok and YouTube, and planning and running the content calendar.
- Running both organic and paid social: planning, launching and managing paid social campaigns on Meta and LinkedIn (and TikTok as we expand), within budget.
- Adapting our video and content assets natively for each platform (hooks, formats, captions, cadence) and writing clear, on-brand copy in UK English for a B2B audience.
- Growing our channels and building engaged audiences around our content and our AI-generated on-screen presenters.
- Tracking performance across content types and channels, then taking corrective action: doubling down on what works, cutting what does not, reallocating spend, and iterating hooks and formats.
- Feeding insight back to the team producing the videos, so we make more of what performs.
- Growing our YouTube presence (titles, descriptions, thumbnails, chapters, basic video SEO) and managing the community within brand and compliance guidelines.
- Reporting regularly on reach, engagement, growth, spend and enquiry signals.
- Working within the firm’s review process; published content is signed off by the UK team.
Required Experience
- 2-3 years running social media for a brand or agency, hands-on across the major platforms.
- Real experience of both organic growth and paid social (Meta and/or LinkedIn), with results you can point to.
- Comfortable reading performance data and acting on it, not just reporting it.
- Strong copywriting in clear, professional UK English.
- Good content and audience instincts: you understand what makes people stop, watch and engage.
- Organised, with scheduling tools and content calendars.
Desirable
- B2B social experience.
- Familiarity with lead-generation funnels, UTM tracking, and working with a CRM (e.g. Zoho).
- Comfort working with AI-generated video and avatar content.
- TikTok experience. We are testing it as an under-saturated channel for our audience.
- Light design skills (e.g. Canva) for thumbnails, carousels and covers.
How We Work
You will be office-based at Technopark, Trivandrum, on full UK business hours, giving you real-time overlap with the UK team for briefings, approvals and well-timed posting into a UK audience’s day. The UK team sets brand and positioning; you own multi-channel execution, paid and organic growth, and the optimisation that drives it. We are building our social presence from the ground up, so you will have real ownership and visible impact, and the scope to grow as it does.
