About the Role
Atom Capitol is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Real Estate Backend Executive to manage customer documentation, payment coordination, CRM updates, and backend operations.
The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the real estate industry and be capable of handling customer records, legal documentation, payment follow-ups, and interdepartmental coordination with accuracy and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and issue customer payment receipts.
Prepare booking forms, allotment letters, sale agreements, demand letters, and other customer documentation.
Draft and maintain legal documents related to property transactions.
Maintain customer records and update CRM/ERP systems accurately.
Prepare payment schedules and monitor customer dues.
Send professional emails regarding payment confirmations, reminders, outstanding dues, allotments, refunds, and account statements.
Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Legal, and Management teams for timely document processing.
Support payment recovery by tracking overdue payments and sending follow-up communications.
Maintain physical and digital customer files.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports on bookings, collections, recoveries, and documentation status.
Ensure all customer documents comply with company policies and applicable legal requirements.
Handle customer queries related to documentation and payment status.
Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce,
Business Administration, Law, or a related field. 2–5 years of experience in a Real Estate Backend, CRM, Documentation, or Sales Coordination role.
Experience using real estate CRM or ERP software.
Strong knowledge of documentation processes in plot sales, residential, or commercial real estate.
