Anthaathi is a premium wedding photography start-up studio based in Coimbatore. We tell wedding stories the way they actually happened — real moments, real emotion, no forced poses. We're a young, founder-led studio building a reputation for real art & craft in Coimbatore's premium wedding segment.
About the Role
We're hiring our first dedicated Marketing & Sales Executive to own how couples discover Anthaathi and how their first conversation with us goes. This is a founding-team role, you won't be executing someone else's playbook, you'll be building the engine that brings couples to us, alongside the founder.
You'll split your time between generating new leads (vendor relationships, content, outreach) and owning the first response when someone reaches out (inquiries, discovery calls). Pricing and creative direction stay with the founder — your job is everything that happens before and around that.
What You'll Do
Lead Generation
- Build and maintain relationships with wedding vendors (makeup artists, mehandi artists, decorators, planners, venues) as a referral network
- Run weekly outbound outreach to new vendor and planner contacts
- Execute our Instagram content calendar and manage day-to-day posting
- Request and collect Google reviews and client testimonials
- Manage our WhatsApp broadcast list and keep our prospect/lead tracker up to date
- Represent Anthaathi at local wedding expos and vendor meetups
Inquiry & Sales Support
- Respond to every inquiry within 24 hours
- Gather event details and book Discovery Calls with prospective couples
- Support the founder during Follow-up Calls where scope and pricing are discussed
- Track every lead from first contact through booking, and report on what's working
What We're Looking For
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing, sales, or client-facing coordination (wedding/events industry experience is a strong plus)
- Comfortable initiating conversations with vendors and following up without being pushy
- Organized — you won't lose track of a lead or forget a follow-up
- Genuinely comfortable on Instagram — posting, engaging, understanding what performs
- Clear, warm communicator in English and Tamil
- Based in or willing to relocate to Coimbatore

- Inquiries responded to within 24 hours, consistently
- A growing, active vendor referral network
- A steady flow of qualified leads reaching Discovery Call stage
- Clear before-and-after visibility on where our bookings actually come from
