Qualification:
- Graduate (Degree) in any discipline.
- Strong interest in training, learning & development, and employee skill enhancement.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Basic knowledge of sales processes and customer service will be an added advantage.
- Passion for coaching, mentoring, and helping employees improve their performance.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to the training standards and processes followed at Popular Hyundai.
- Knowledge of the automobile industry will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
