We are looking for a passionate and performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive with strong hands-on experience in Meta Ads Manager who can plan, execute, optimize, and scale digital campaigns effectively.
Key ResponsibilitiesMeta & Performance Marketing
- Plan, create, and manage Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns
- Execute lead generation, engagement, reach, and conversion campaigns
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize regularly
- Manage audience targeting, lookalike audiences, retargeting, and funnels
- Improve campaign KPIs such as CPC, CTR, CPM, CPL, and ROAS
Strategy & Growth
- Develop digital marketing strategies for educational products and campaigns
- Scale campaigns based on performance analytics
- Identify new growth opportunities and marketing trends
- Support brand visibility and online reach initiatives
Creative Coordination
- Coordinate with graphic designers, editors, and content teams
- Suggest ad creatives, hooks, captions, and campaign ideas
- Assist in planning promotional campaigns for social media
Reporting & Analysis
- Generate campaign reports and performance insights
- Analyze audience behavior and campaign data
- Suggest improvements based on performance metrics
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager
- Hands-on experience in running paid campaigns
- Understanding of digital marketing concepts and sales funnels
- Knowledge of audience targeting and retargeting
- Ability to analyze and optimize campaign performance
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Creative and growth-oriented mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Education / EdTech marketing preferred
- Knowledge of Google Ads is an added advantage
- Familiarity with Canva, basic video creatives, or content planning is a plus

Any Graduate / MBA / BBA / Marketing Background Preferred

Minimum 1–3 Years Experience in Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹36,000.00 per month
