Job Overview
We are looking for a Showroom Admin Executive to manage front desk operations and ensure smooth day-to-day showroom activities. The role involves customer handling, administrative coordination, audit support, and facility management.
The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a professional environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesFront Desk & Customer Experience
- Welcome walk-in customers and create a professional first impression
- Register customer visits and manage appointments
- Coordinate with sales and design teams
- Maintain showroom ambience and customer comfort
Administrative Support
- Maintain visitor logs, attendance records, and internal documents
- Handle documentation, filing, and data entry work
- Support expense tracking and internal reporting
Audit & Compliance
- Maintain registers and checklists as per SOPs
- Support internal audits with required documentation
Facility & Vendor Coordination
- Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and maintenance vendors
- Raise service requests and track closures
- Manage pantry, stationery, and showroom supplies
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
