Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Executive to join our Human Resources team.
We welcome applications from MBA HR graduates as well as professionals with up to 0–2 years of experience looking to build their career in Human Resources.
This role offers hands-on exposure to core HR functions in a dynamic and growth-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews
- Coordinate with hiring managers for manpower requirements
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Support onboarding of new employees
- Assist in attendance, leave management, and basic HR operations
- Support employee engagement activities and internal communication
- Ensure proper documentation and basic HR compliance support
Required Skills & Qualifications
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources (Freshers are highly encouraged to apply)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of HR functions
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Eagerness to learn and grow in HR domain
Preferred Skills
- Internship experience in HR will be an added advantage
- Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
- Good coordination and organizational skills
- Proficiency in English, Hindi , Marathi
