About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Taxi Operations Executive to manage corporate cab bookings and vendor coordination during the night shift. This role is critical for ensuring 24x7 service continuity for our corporate clients, handling bookings, vendor coordination, and customer support efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end taxi bookings for corporate clients, ensuring timely and accurate confirmations as per client requirements.
- Coordinate with cab vendors and fleet partners to ensure vehicle availability and negotiate best possible rates.
- Manage and maintain the vendor and cab database, including pricing, service standards, and policies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure service reliability and scalability.
- Negotiate rates, service terms, and special arrangements with vendors when required.
- Communicate with customers to handle booking queries, schedule changes, and service issues.
- Collect and coordinate payment details as per company process and client agreements.
- Enter and update booking details, customer information, and trip records in the system.
- Explain applicable charges, taxes, and billing structure to clients whenever required.
- Support customers with travel-related queries and urgent escalations during night operations.
- Work closely with the sales and account management teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, service quality standards, and TATs.
Required Skills & Competencies

- Ability to work independently and responsibly in a remote environment.
- High level of ownership, accountability, and customer focus.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and booking trackers.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in taxi operations, cab booking, or travel operations.
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Travel, Tourism, or any related field.
- Experience handling corporate clients and business travel operations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, 24x7 operations environment.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
