Are you passionate about industrial automation and ready to work on real-world plant systems? We’re looking for a hands-on PLC & SCADA Engineer to join our growing team and contribute to cutting-edge automation projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement PLC programs for industrial automation
- Configure and develop SCADA systems (FactoryTalk, Siemens)
- Develop HMI/SCADA screens, alarms, and reporting systems
- Integrate PLCs with SCADA and field devices
- Perform commissioning and troubleshooting at client sites
- Optimize control logic for performance and reliability
- Collaborate with electrical, instrumentation, and operations teams
- Provide technical support and maintain deployed systems
- Prepare technical documentation (logic diagrams, IO lists, system architecture)
Mandatory Skills
- Hands-on experience with:
– FactoryTalk (Rockwell Automation)
– Siemens PLC (TIA Portal / Step 7)
– Schneider PLC (EcoStruxure / Control Expert / Unity Pro)
- Strong knowledge of PLC programming (Ladder Logic, Function Block, etc.)
- SCADA/HMI development and configuration experience
- Knowledge of industrial communication protocols: Modbus, OPC, Ethernet/IP, Profibus, Profinet
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills
Good to Have
- Experience in Industrial IoT / Industry 4.0
- Exposure to data integration and reporting systems
- Knowledge of VFDs, sensors, and instrumentation
- Experience in manufacturing or plant environments
Key Requirements
- 2–4 years of relevant PLC & SCADA experience
- Experience in live industrial projects / plant deployments
- Willingness to travel for commissioning and support
- Ability to work independently and in a tea
