Job Description – Key Account Manager Company: Mysa Home Location: Khajaguda, Hyderabad Experience Required: 4–5 Years Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary Mysa Home is looking for a dynamic and experienced Key Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with key clients, architects, interior designers, channel partners, and premium customers. The candidate will be responsible for business development, client servicing, revenue growth, and maintaining long-term client relationships. Roles & Responsibilities • Manage and maintain relationships with key clients and business partners • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations • Handle end-to-end account management and client servicing • Prepare proposals, quotations, and business presentations • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets • Ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business generation • Build strong relationships with architects, interior designers, and corporate clients • Monitor market trends and competitor activities Required Skills • Strong communication and negotiation skills • Excellent relationship management abilities • Good understanding of sales and business development • Client handling and presentation skills • Ability to manage multiple accounts effectively • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools Eligibility Criteria • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field • 4–5 years of experience in Key Account Management, Sales, or Client Relations • Experience in interiors, furniture, home décor, real estate, or related industries preferred Working Days Monday to Saturday Office Location
