### **Job Title:** Content Writer – Reels & Short-Form Content
We are looking for a creative and trend-savvy **Content Writer** to craft engaging scripts, captions, and storylines for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other short-form video content. The role requires a deep understanding of social media trends, audience psychology, and storytelling in under 60 seconds.
### **Key Responsibilities:**
* Research trending topics, hashtags, and formats relevant to the brand.
* Write **short, catchy scripts** for Reels, Shorts, and TikTok videos.
* Draft **engaging captions and hooks** that increase reach and engagement.
* Collaborate with video editors, designers, and marketing teams to bring ideas to life.
* Ensure content aligns with brand tone, style, and audience preferences.
* Optimize content with SEO and social media best practices.
* Stay updated on viral trends, memes, and pop culture references to integrate creatively.
* Repurpose long-form content into **snackable short content**.
### **Required Skills & Qualifications:**
* Proven experience as a **Content Writer / Scriptwriter / Social Media Writer**.
* Strong command of English with the ability to write **concise, catchy, and impactful lines**.
* Awareness of **social media algorithms** and audience engagement tactics.
* Creativity in storytelling within **15–60 seconds**.
* Basic knowledge of video production & editing is a plus.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
