Responsibilities
- Check quality of all food items before service
- Ensure shawarma, alfaham, burgers, and fried chicken meet company standards
- Verify taste, portion size, and presentation
- Conduct daily quality inspections of ingredients and finished products
- Monitor food safety and hygiene practices
- Check freshness of chicken, vegetables, sauces, and other ingredients
- Ensure kitchen staff follow SOPs and recipes
- Record and report quality issues
- Monitor food wastage and suggest improvements
- Train staff on quality standards and food handling procedures
- Perform regular stock quality checks
- Control kitchen operations during rush hours
- Coordinate staff to ensure orders are prepared and served on time
- Monitor ticket times and reduce delays
- Ensure sufficient mise en place and stock are ready before peak hours
- Maintain smooth communication between kitchen and service staff
- Take immediate action to resolve bottlenecks during busy periods
Requirements
- 2–5 years experience in restaurant, fast-food, or catering quality control
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Understanding of shawarma and fast-food operations
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure during peak hours
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
