Infinity Infoway Ltd. is a leading IT solutions company specializing in ERP software, digital transformation solutions, and enterprise applications for educational institutions, manufacturing industries, and other business sectors. We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive ERP software sales and expand our client base.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, and market research.
- Identify, qualify, and develop leads for ERP and SaaS solutions.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and client meetings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, CXOs, Directors, Registrars, Principals, and key stakeholders.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close business deals.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Coordinate with pre-sales, implementation, and technical teams for successful project execution.
- Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline management through CRM tools.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 6–9 years of experience in ERP Software Sales, SaaS Sales, IT Solution Sales, or Enterprise Software Sales.
- Proven track record of achieving revenue and sales targets.
- Strong understanding of ERP solutions and business processes.
- Experience in B2B sales and enterprise account management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to engage with senior management and key decision-makers.
- Experience in educational ERP, university ERP, school ERP, manufacturing ERP, or enterprise software solutions will be preferred.
- Strong lead generation and consultative selling skills.
Preferred Background
- Experience in ERP, SaaS, EdTech, Enterprise Software, IT Services, or Digital Transformation solutions.
- Existing network within educational institutions, universities, colleges, schools, or manufacturing industries is an advantage.
- MBA (Marketing/Sales) or Graduate in any discipline.
