Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated B Sc Staff Nurse with at least 1 year of clinical experience to provide high-quality patient care. The candidate will work closely with doctors and healthcare teams to ensure effective treatment and patient safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including monitoring vital signs and administering medications
- Assist doctors during examinations and medical procedures
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Ensure proper hygiene, sanitation, and infection control practices
- Monitor patient progress and report any changes to the medical team
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and post-care instructions
- Handle emergency situations with quick and appropriate action
- Maintain a safe and supportive environment for patients
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Staff Nurse or in a clinical setting
- Qualification: B.Sc Nursing
- Valid nursing registration certificate
- Good knowledge of patient care and medical procedures
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in shifts (including night shifts if required)
