Job Summary
Tech Solar Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Logistics Executive with 1–2 years of experience to manage the movement, dispatch and timely delivery of solar project materials from vendors/warehouses to project sites.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in logistics coordination, transportation, dispatch, material tracking and documentation. Candidates with experience in Solar EPC, Renewable Energy, Electrical, Infrastructure or Engineering Projects will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate dispatch and transportation of solar panels, inverters, cables, mounting structures, electrical equipment and other project materials.
- Arrange vehicles and coordinate with transporters for timely material movement.
- Track shipments from dispatch until final delivery at project sites.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Warehouse, Project and Site teams for material requirements and delivery schedules.
- Follow up with vendors and transporters regarding dispatches and deliveries.
- Ensure materials reach project sites within defined timelines.
- Prepare and maintain delivery challans, invoices, e-way bills, LR and other logistics documents.
- Monitor material shortages, damages, delays and transportation-related issues and coordinate for resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of dispatches, deliveries and material movement.
- Support logistics planning and coordination for multiple solar projects.
- Monitor transportation costs and support cost-effective material movement.
- Coordinate with site teams regarding unloading and delivery requirements.
Candidate Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Dispatch or Material Coordination.
- Experience in Solar EPC, Renewable Energy, Electrical, Infrastructure or Engineering Projects will be preferred.
- Good understanding of transportation and dispatch processes.
- Experience coordinating with transporters, vendors and project/site teams.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Strong communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
- Good problem-solving and time-management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple deliveries and timelines simultaneously.
- Knowledge of e-way bills, delivery challans, LR and basic logistics documentation will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
