Counter Manager
Location: Mundhwa
Experience: Minimum 5 Years
Purpose of the Role
To oversee counter operations, ensure excellent customer service, maintain operational standards, and support sales and inventory management activities.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise daily counter operations and service delivery.
* Manage customer interactions and resolve service issues.
* Ensure accurate billing and cash handling procedures.
* Monitor stock availability and coordinate replenishment requirements.
* Prepare basic operational reports using Excel.
* Maintain hygiene, food safety, and presentation standards.
* Train and guide counter staff on service standards.
* Support achievement of sales and operational targets.
Skills & Experience
* Minimum 5 years of experience in food service, retail, café, or hospitality operations.
* Basic Microsoft Excel skills.
* Good verbal and written English communication.
* Strong customer service and team supervision skills.
* Experience handling POS systems and cash management.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
