CUSTOMER SUPPORT EXECUTIVE
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and enquiries
- Understand client requirements and provide information about our legal services
- Follow up with leads and enquiries
- Maintain professional client relationships
- Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve queries
- Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups
- Work towards assigned customer support and sales targets
- Ensure a positive customer experience
Requirements:
- Freshers are welcome to apply
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong convincing and follow-up skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Comfortable making frequent phone calls
- Knowledge of English, Telugu, Hindi or other regional languages is an advantage
BUSINESS RELATIONSHIP MANAGER
Experience: 1–8 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Identify new business opportunities
- Handle leads and client enquiries
- Follow up with prospective clients
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams
- Achieve business development and revenue targets
- Maintain client records and prepare regular reports
Preferred Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales and business development experience
- Strong negotiation and convincing skills
- Client relationship management
- Target-oriented approach
SALARY & BENEFITS
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Performance Incentives
Salary will depend on experience, communication skills and interview performance.
