We are looking for a reliable Office Assistant/Field Executive to handle banking transactions and outdoor office work, ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative operations. The role requires regular field visits to banks, government offices, and vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit government offices, vendors, and clients for documentation work
- Deposit and withdraw cash and cheques from banks
- Handle cheque submissions, DD collection, and RTGS/NEFT documentation
- Maintain records of all bank transactions and receipts
- Coordinate with the accounts team for daily banking activities
- Submit and collect important documents (licenses, invoices, agreements, etc.)
- Handle courier dispatch and collection
- Assist in general office tasks and coordination
- Maintain proper filing and documentation
- Manage day-to-day office operations and coordination
Experience Required:
- 1–3 years experience in field work / office assistant role
- Experience in handling bank-related tasks preferred
Skills Required:
- Basic knowledge of banking procedures
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Honest, trustworthy, and responsible
- Ability to travel locally on a daily basis
Other Requirements:
- Must have two-wheeler with valid driving license
- Familiarity with local area and offices
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
