The Sales and Marketing Executives– Closing is responsible for converting qualified prospects into successful sales by managing customer interactions, negotiations, and deal closures. The role involves understanding customer requirements, presenting project offerings, addressing objections, coordinating documentation, and ensuring a seamless booking process while consistently achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Closing
- Convert qualified leads into confirmed bookings through effective customer engagement.
- Conduct project presentations, site visits, and personalized sales consultations.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products and investment options.
- Negotiate pricing, payment plans, and commercial terms within company guidelines.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintain a high lead-to-booking conversion ratio.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Follow up consistently with leads to maximize conversions.
- Handle customer objections professionally and provide suitable solutions.
- Ensure an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process.
- Coordinate with the CRM team for post-booking customer support.
Sales Coordination
- Work closely with marketing, channel partners, and telecalling teams to maximize lead conversion.
- Coordinate with finance, legal, and documentation teams to facilitate smooth booking and agreement execution.
- Ensure timely collection of booking amounts and required documents.
Documentation & Compliance
- Verify customer documents before booking confirmation.
- Ensure accurate completion of booking forms, agreements, and other sales documentation.
- Adhere to company policies, pricing approvals, and applicable real estate regulations.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer and business information.
Reporting & MIS
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, bookings, and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Track sales pipeline and provide regular updates to management.
- Analyze sales performance and recommend improvement strategies.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- MBA in Marketing or Sales is preferred.
Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in real estate sales, with a strong track record in closing deals.
- Experience in residential, commercial, plotted developments, or villa projects.
- Proven ability to consistently achieve or exceed sales targets.
