We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer with around 10 years of hands-on experience in construction to oversee site execution, quality control, resource management, and coordination across project teams. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently managing site operations and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and as per required standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise day-to-day site construction activities.
- Ensure civil works are executed as per structural drawings, architectural plans, specifications, and approved standards.
- Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed within scheduled timelines.
- Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality and ensure proper execution.
- Coordinate effectively with architects, contractors, subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and site teams.
- Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues to avoid delays.
- Ensure compliance with construction safety standards, health regulations, and site procedures.
- Plan material requirements and monitor material availability and usage.
- Control material wastage and support efficient, cost-effective project execution.
- Manage site resources, manpower, and work allocation effectively.
- Maintain accurate site documentation and prepare daily and weekly progress reports.
- Provide regular updates on project status, challenges, and site requirements.
Requirements
- B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
- Around 10 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
- Proven experience in residential and/or commercial construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, drawings, specifications, and site execution.
- Good understanding of quality control, material planning, and construction practices.
- Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently manage site teams and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and timely project execution.
Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
