Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Counter Staff member to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, handling orders and billing, maintaining the counter area, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assist them with orders and inquiries.
- Take customer orders accurately and process billing transactions.
- Handle cash, UPI, card payments, and maintain billing records.
- Ensure the counter and customer service area are clean and organized.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely order delivery.
- Assist in managing inventory and stock at the counter.
- Address customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and hospitality.
- Follow company policies, hygiene standards, and operational procedures.
Requirements
- Ability to communicate in Malayalam, English, and Hindi.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, restaurant, or cashier roles is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of billing systems and cash handling.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
