Job Description
Hedge Next Tech is hiring a motivated Business Development Executive to join our growing
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities through lead generation and prospecting
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Conduct product/service presentations to potential clients
- Negotiate and close business deals
- Maintain detailed records in CRM system
- Collaborate with team members to achieve company goals
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Proven track record in sales or business development (preferred)
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Ability to work in afternoon-evening shift (12 PM - 8 PM)
- Graduate in any discipline
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience with CRM software is a plus
- Experience in handling Email's leads
