About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Performance Marketer with hands-on experience in Lead Generation. The candidate should have knowledge of running, managing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns to generate high-quality leads.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and manage lead generation campaigns.
- Run and optimize campaigns primarily on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
- Monitor campaign performance, lead quality, CPL, CTR, conversion rate, and other key metrics.
- Optimize campaigns to improve lead quality and reduce the cost per lead.
- Coordinate with the sales/team members to understand lead quality and campaign requirements.
- Conduct basic audience research and competitor analysis.
- Test different creatives, ad copies, audiences, and campaign strategies.
- Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and results.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing and performance marketing trends.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
