Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior HR Manager to lead and oversee the complete HR operations and compliance functions for a manufacturing setup in the MS Pipes sector. The candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, workforce management, and overall HR administration.
The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership abilities, in-depth knowledge of HR compliance, and prior experience in handling HR operations within the steel or pipe manufacturing industry.
Experience in Steel or MS Pipe manufacturing sector is mandatory for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee complete HR operations and workforce management
- Handle recruitment, onboarding, and manpower planning activities
- Manage payroll coordination, attendance, leave, and employee records
- Ensure compliance with all statutory HR and labor regulations
- Handle factory HR compliance, audits, and documentation
- Manage employee engagement, grievance handling, and disciplinary matters
- Coordinate with department heads for workforce planning and operational support
- Maintain HR policies, SOPs, and compliance procedures
- Supervise joining, exit formalities, and employee documentation
- Ensure smooth functioning of plant HR and administration activities
- Lead and manage the HR team effectively
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate / MBA in HR or related field preferred
- Minimum 8–10 years of HR experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior HR role
- Mandatory experience in Steel or MS Pipe manufacturing industry
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, factory compliance, and statutory regulations
- Experience in handling plant HR operations and workforce management
- Good leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of MS Office and HR documentation systems
