Words Worth Language System is looking for Freelance English Language Trainers to conduct teacher training programs under a large Government School project in Jharkhand.
Each trainer will be deputed at one of the designated training locations and will conduct multiple teacher training batches over a period of 5–6 weeks. Each batch will comprise 3 full days of training, delivered using the Words Worth Digital Language Learning Platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct English Language Proficiency and Communication Skills training for Government School teachers.
- Train teachers on the effective use of the Words Worth Language Lab and Digital Learning Platform.
- Deliver engaging, activity-based sessions aligned with modern ELT methodologies.
- Maintain attendance records and training reports.
- Coordinate with the project team and venue coordinators.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate/Postgraduate in English, ELT, TESOL, Education, Linguistics, Humanities, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in English Language Training, ESL/EFL Training, Teacher Training, or Communication Skills Training.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
- Comfortable conducting full-day training sessions.
Preferred
- Trainers from Jharkhand will be preferred.
- Experience in Government, NGO, Skill Development, or Teacher Training projects.
- Familiarity with CEFR-based English language training methodologies.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
