Vaidya Sukham Wellness is a modern Ayurvedic healthcare center dedicated to providing personalized consultations, Panchakarma therapies, and holistic wellness solutions. We are looking for a motivated Field Executive to help expand our community outreach and strengthen our patient network.
Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and self-driven individual who enjoys interacting with people and working in the field. The ideal candidate will represent the organization professionally, support awareness initiatives, and contribute to increasing patient engagement through community outreach and promotional activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct field visits to promote the clinic and its healthcare services.
- Build awareness about Vaidya Sukham Wellness in nearby communities.
- Develop relationships with local businesses, organizations, and community groups.
- Assist in organizing health camps, awareness programs, and promotional events.
- Identify new opportunities for patient outreach and business growth.
- Maintain daily activity reports and update the management regularly.
- Represent the organization professionally and uphold the clinic's reputation.
Eligibility & Requirements
- Minimum 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).
- Candidates from Baddi, Nalagarh, and nearby areas will be given preference.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in field marketing, sales, business development, healthcare, pharma, insurance, or customer outreach will be preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.
- Comfortable with local travel and field work.
- Must possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic smartphone and WhatsApp knowledge is required.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and result-oriented.
- Candidates should have their own two-wheeler and be comfortable travelling within Baddi, Nalagarh, and nearby areas.
