- Run structured tele-consultations to understand the prospect's background and goals
- Maintain a disciplined pipeline of targeted no of calls a day
Close and convert
- Explain and sell Infigon's complete counsellor solution — certification, website, and practice-launch support — owning the cycle from first call to payment collection
- Handle objections with empathy and product knowledge, not pressure
- Hit monthly revenue targets consistently
Coordinate and report
- Hand off enrolled candidates smoothly to the onboarding/training team
- Update CRM after every call; prepare weekly pipeline and forecast reports
- Feed prospect feedback back to product and marketing

- Clear, confident communication in Hindi and/or English — the phone is your primary tool
- Comfort with high call volume and daily rejection without losing motivation
