Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for manufacturing and plant positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, referrals, consultants, and local hiring drives.
- Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with department heads and plant managers.
- Recruit for positions such as Production Operator, Technician, Quality Inspector, Maintenance Engineer, Production Engineer, Supervisor, Store Executive, and other manufacturing roles.
- Manage offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and joining formalities.
- Maintain recruitment databases and hiring reports.
- Coordinate onboarding and induction activities for new employees.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies and procedures.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of recruitment processes and hiring practices.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience using job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed.
- Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously.
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR practices is an advantage.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
