Position Summary
Sieger Spintech Pvt Ltd is seeking a highly experienced and process-oriented Technical Inspector to manage technical validation, pre-order feasibility, and execution alignment for textile machinery and automation projects.
This techno-commercial role acts as the critical bridge between Sales, Customers, Agents, Design, and Service teams to ensure technically accurate, execution-ready, and risk-free order conversion. The role requires strong expertise in textile processes, machine applications, customer interaction, and structured technical coordination.
Key Responsibilities1. Technical Due Diligence & Pre-Order Validation
- Conduct detailed evaluation of customer process requirements for qualified prospects.
- Perform site assessments, feasibility studies, and application validation.
- Validate machine selection, utilities, technical specifications, and process compatibility before commercial closure.
- Ensure complete accuracy of Technical Data Sheets (TDS) and pre-offer documentation.
- Identify technical risks proactively and recommend corrective actions.
Objective: Ensure zero technical ambiguity at order confirmation stage.
2. Cross-Functional Technical Leadership
- Act as the single-point technical interface between Sales, Customers, Agents, Design, and Service teams.
- Convert customer discussions into structured engineering-ready technical inputs.
- Ensure alignment between committed sales scope and engineering deliverables.
- Support Sales teams during technical discussions, presentations, and negotiations.
Objective: Eliminate gaps between customer commitments and engineering execution.
3. Order Integrity & Execution Control
- Review and validate confirmed order specifications to ensure alignment with customer expectations.
- Track technical milestones from pre-order stage until design freeze.
- Coordinate closure of technical queries across departments within timelines.
- Prevent scope deviations and ensure adherence to approved specifications.
Objective: Achieve zero post-order technical corrections caused by pre-order gaps.
4. Customer Assurance & Site Effectiveness
- Conduct customer visits for technical validation, troubleshooting, and performance reviews.
- Resolve technical escalations within defined turnaround timelines.
- Support commissioning readiness and process performance validation.
Objective: Build customer confidence through strong technical support and responsiveness.
5. Documentation, Reporting & Governance
- Maintain structured inspection reports, evaluation records, and issue trackers.
- Provide weekly updates on technical risks and closure progress.
- Identify recurring technical issues and recommend process improvements.
Objective: Establish a process-driven and predictable technical validation system.

- Zero technical specification deviations after order confirmation
- 100% Technical Data Sheet (TDS) accuracy before commercial submission
- Timely closure of technical queries

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in textile machinery, application engineering, technical inspection, or service engineering
- Strong exposure to customer-facing techno-commercial activities
- Ability to manage cross-functional coordination effectively
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fluency in English is mandatory
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
