The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer interactions, addressing inquiries, maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media platforms.
- Follow up with customers regarding services, orders, and feedback.
- Resolve customer concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and communications.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth customer support and service delivery.
- Contribute to customer retention and business growth through excellent relationship management.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office, Google Workspace, and online communication tools.
- Ability to handle multiple customer interactions professionally.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, telecalling, or relationship management is an advantage.
- Fluency in English and Malayalam is preferred.
