ApkaMart is a Udaipur-based handmade home décor brand that has been crafting and curating authentic Rajasthani pieces since 2012. We sell across India through our own Shopify store, and other marketplaces — and we are proud to have built all of it with a close-knit team that cares deeply about quality and customer experience.
WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS
Every order that leaves our warehouse is a promise to a customer. This role is the engine behind that promise — from the moment an order is placed to the moment it's handed to the courier. You will own the dispatch process end-to-end and keep our showroom running smoothly.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
▸ Receive daily order dumps and prepare dispatch lists across channels
▸ Generate shipping labels and ensure correct courier allocation based on pin code zones and weight
▸ Label orders accurately — right product, right address, right courier bag
▸ Coordinate with courier partners for pickup — track pickup status and escalate missed pickups
▸ Maintain physical inventory counts and flag low-stock items proactively
▸ Keep the showroom organised, stocked, and ready for walk-in customers and B2B visitors
▸ Maintain daily MIS entries: dispatched count, pending, delays, and courier handover records
▸ Follow SOPs exactly — this is a process-driven role where consistency matters more than improvisation
YOU ARE A GREAT FIT IF
▸ You have 1–2 years of experience in warehouse, dispatch, or e-commerce logistics operations. Freshers are also welcome
▸ You are comfortable using computers — basic Excel/Google Sheets, label printing software
▸ You are punctual, methodical, and take pride in zero-error dispatch
▸ You can read and understand shipping labels, AWB numbers, and pin code lists
▸ Udaipur local or willing to relocate preferred; Hindi fluency required, basic English a plus
NICE TO HAVE
▸ Prior experience with Shiprocket, Eshipbox, or any WMS
▸ Familiarity with COD vs Prepaid order handling
▸ Experience at a D2C brand or handicraft business
