Roles & Responsibilities:
- Write, edit, and maintain high-quality technical documentation, including user manuals, API documentation, technical guides, release notes, and white papers.
- Research and incorporate relevant keywords, balancing technical accuracy and SEO best practices.
- Create and manage content for knowledge bases, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides.
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to brainstorm social media content aligned with brand objectives.
- Write engaging content, captions, and copies for social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant channels.
- Create and manage newsletter content, including subject lines, email copies, announcements, company updates, blogs, and campaign-related communication.
- Develop tutorials, how-to articles, and other instructional content for technical audiences.
- Work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) to translate technical information into user-friendly content.
- Collaborate with product and development teams to align content with product features and updates.
- Define and implement content standards, templates, and best practices.
- Develop content plans aligned with organizational goals and timelines, identifying and addressing gaps in existing documentation.
- Review and proofread content for accuracy, consistency, grammar, and style, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and accessibility standards.
- Manage and update content repositories with version control and publish content using CMS tools.
- Plan and execute monthly content calendars with end-to-end content ideas, ensuring timely and relevant communication across platforms.
- Stay updated on industry developments, audience engagement trends, and emerging social media platforms to support effective and consistent digital communication
- Monitor content performance using analytics and user feedback to continuously optimize documentation based on audience needs and industry trends.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
