Job Title: Maintenance & Pouch Packing Operator (Single Track)
Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance & Pouch Packing Operator to manage the operation and upkeep of our Form-Fill-Seal (FSS) and PCL-controlled packaging machinery. This is a "hands-on" role requiring a blend of production output management and preventative maintenance. You will be responsible for ensuring the single-track machine runs at peak efficiency with minimal downtime.

Key Responsibilities
1. Machine Operation & Production
- Setup & Changeover: Perform daily machine calibration and setup based on product specifications (pouch size, weight, and film type).
- PCL Control: Monitor and adjust Programmable Control Logic (PCL) settings and HMI touchscreens to maintain precise filling accuracy.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular checks on seal integrity, weight consistency, and coding/batch printing clarity.
- Output Monitoring: Ensure the single-track line meets hourly production targets while minimizing film and product wastage.
2. Technical Maintenance & Repair
- Preventative Maintenance: Execute daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance schedules (lubrication, cleaning, belt tensioning).
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and fix mechanical or electrical faults (e.g., heater failures, sensor misalignments, or pneumatic issues) mid-shift.
- Component Replacement: Replace worn-out parts such as Teflon tapes, heating elements, cutters, and suction cups.
- Tooling: Manage the assembly and disassembly of forming collars and sealing jaws during product changeovers.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Category Requirement
Experience 2–5 years operating FSS single-track packing machines.
Technical Knowledge Familiarity with PCL interfaces, PID temperature controllers, and pneumatic systems.
Mechanical Skill Ability to use hand tools and diagnostic equipment for onsite repairs.
Physical Ability Capable of lifting film rolls (up to 25kg) and standing for long shifts.
Education ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (preferred)
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
