As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical direction and architectural design of custom software solutions. Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with ServiceNow Now Assist, ServiceNow IT Operations Management.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns relevant to custom software development.
- Experience in managing and optimizing workflows within ServiceNow platforms.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Familiarity with performance tuning and scalability considerations in enterprise software environments.

- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
