Qualification: Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Experience: 5–10 years of experience in Retail Sales, Consumer Electronics, Mobile Handset Industry
Key Responsibilities
1. Retail Operations & Sales Management
· Drive retail sales growth and achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
· Monitor store performance, sales productivity, and retail execution standards.
· Ensure effective implementation of company policies, processes, and retail initiatives.
· Analyze sales trends and identify opportunities for business growth.
2. Team Management
· Lead and manage Territory Leaders (TLs), Promoters (VBA/FVBA), and field teams.
· Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching for continuous improvement.
· Ensure manpower availability, onboarding, engagement, and retention across the territory.
· Drive accountability through KPI and target management.
3. Marketing & Retail Activation
· Execute retail marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launch activities.
· Coordinate with marketing teams to improve brand visibility and customer engagement.
· Monitor campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements based on ROI analysis.
· Ensure successful implementation of local and regional marketing initiatives.
4. Training & Capability Development
· Identify training needs and coordinate product, sales, and process training programs.
· Ensure field teams are equipped with the necessary product knowledge and selling skills.
· Track training effectiveness and support continuous capability enhancement.
5. Affordability & Financing Programs
· Manage and execute affordability schemes, EMI programs, and financing initiatives.
· Coordinate with finance partners and retailers for smooth implementation of financing solutions.
· Monitor affordability program performance and contribution to sales growth.
· Ensure timely onboarding and relationship management with financing partners.
6. Performance Monitoring & Reporting
· Track key business metrics, sales performance, and operational KPIs.
· Prepare periodic business reviews and performance reports.
· Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to support business decisions.
· Drive corrective actions to achieve territory objectives.
Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
