We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Student Engagement Specialist to enhance student experience, drive participation, and ensure continuous engagement throughout the student lifecycle. The ideal candidate will be responsible for organizing activities, maintaining student relationships, and improving overall satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to improve student engagement and participation.
- Plan and coordinate events, workshops, and extracurricular activities.
- Act as the primary point of contact for student queries and concerns.
- Monitor student satisfaction and gather feedback regularly.
- Collaborate with academic and placement teams to ensure a seamless student journey.
- Track student attendance, participation, and engagement metrics.
- Support onboarding and orientation programs for new students.
- Build strong relationships with students to enhance retention rates.
- Address student grievances and escalate issues when required.
- Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Coordinate with marketing team for student testimonials and success stories.
- Encourage student involvement in institutional initiatives and campaigns.
- Maintain records of student interactions and engagement activities.
- Identify at-risk students and take proactive engagement measures.
- Continuously suggest improvements to enhance student experience.
