We are building AI-powered systems that augment RM workflows — helping them identify better matches faster , detect member dissatisfaction early ️, and improve overall service efficiency.
The Associate Product Manager (APM) will help design and launch AI-driven tools that improve RM productivity and customer experience ️ at scale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify opportunities to apply AI across the VIP member journey
- Translate RM workflows into scalable AI-powered product features
- Define product requirements for AI-enabled capabilities
Build tools that assist RMs with Member insights Matchmaking signals Engagement risk detection- ️ Conversation summaries Next-best actions
- Define metrics to evaluate AI features
- Run experiments and iterate based on usage and outcomes
- Drive adoption of AI tools within RM workflows
Required Qualifications:
- 2–5 years of experience in Product Management, Product Analytics, or Technical Product roles
- Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving & experience working with data-driven products
- Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, analytics, and operations teams
- Experience working on AI or ML-enabled products & Familiarity with LLM-based applications
- Experience in consumer platforms, marketplaces, or CX products
