JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
CORE PRODUCTION RESPONSIBILITIES
● Assist in planning production schedules for all vendors across the production line (carpentry, polishing, upholstery, metal work)
● Coordinate commissioning meetings with vendors, and prepare job orders
● Assist Design in commissioning work to vendors
● Consistently update production trackers & softwares on a daily basis
● Ensure timely material requisitioning and allocation, including hardware and glass
● Monitor the production line on a daily basis and ensure the smooth flow of work in a timely manner
● Conduct regular inspections during and post production to ensure high-quality of products
● Assist in problem-solving during production
● Coordinate the creation of all finish samples
● Assist in coordinating logistics/deliveries
● Assisting in planning and monitoring site installations, and send timely reports
● Track and ensure timely resolution of post-delivery snags, and send timely reports
● Provide support for product costing
SALES & DESIGN SUPPORT
● Conduct site visits - measurements and markings, and send timely reports
● Support Sales Team for client meetings and inspections at the Design Unit
● Support Design Team during product photoshoots
● Support product reviews, improvements and documentation
MISCELLANEOUS
● Regularly update organisation tracking systems
● Provide Marketing Team with support in collecting photo & video content
● Conduct market research and market visits
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
